All bookings made through our website are subject to these terms and conditions. By completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
A valid booking requires full payment at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through Pesapal and accepted via:
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference and receipt.
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
A valid government-issued ID and the credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@bwindibreezelodge.com.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to lodge property during their stay. The lodge reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests. The lodge reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund for disruptive behavior.
Your privacy is important to us. All personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of processing your reservation and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to complete your booking. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Bwindi Breeze Lodge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your stay, including but not limited to loss of property, personal injury, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
The lodge is not liable for failure to perform obligations under these terms if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, government regulations, or pandemics.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
