We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellations are effective upon our confirmation. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to process.
Important: Gorilla trekking permits are purchased separately and are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked. This is in accordance with Uganda Wildlife Authority regulations. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers permit cancellation.
If you choose to leave before your scheduled check-out date, no refund will be provided for the remaining nights. Please inform reception as early as possible so we can adjust our records.
If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and do not notify us, your booking will be considered a no-show and will be cancelled with no refund. Any remaining nights will also be cancelled.
For group bookings of 5 or more rooms, different cancellation terms may apply. Please contact us directly for group booking policies.
